Countries Exempt from Visas
Under the Visa Exemption Program and Bilateral Agreements with 57 countries, there are 5 countries that can be granted a 90-day permit, 50 countries that can be granted a 30-day permit and 2 countries that can be granted a 14-day permit. Tourist Visa
Valid for 60 Days | Multiple or Single Entry
This is Thailand’s most common type of visa. Good for 60 days and usually fine for multi-entry. If your stay in Thailand extends over this 60 day time period, you have the option of converting your Tourist Visa to a Non-Immigrant Visa (below). This may require you to exit the country or go to the nation’s border prior to your visa expiration date and reenter. This can be done same day. Learn more here.
Non-Immigrant Visa
Valid for 60 Days | Single Entry | Ability to Apply for Work Permit
This is Thailand’s most common type of visa. Good for 60 days and usually fine for multi-entry. If your stay in Thailand extends over this 60 day time period, you have the option of converting your Tourist Visa to a Non-Immigrant Visa (below). One Year Non-Immigrant Visa
Valid for 1 Year | Multi Entry | Ability to Apply for Work Permit
One Year Non-Immigrant Visa is an extended version of the 90 day Non-Immigrant Visa listed above. This visa allows holders to renew their Non-Immigrant Visa every 90 days, for a period of one year. Traveling to the border to renew is still required. Contact us for an Application!
Retirement Visa
Valid for 1 Year | Multi Entry | Not Required to Renew at Border
Retirement Visas for Thailand are available to foreigners 50 years of age or older. Employment of any kind is strictly prohibited. Applicant must provide proof of; Pension or regular income from outside Thailand over 65,000 Baht/month OR a bank account exceeding 800,000 Baht. Contact us for an Application!
Business Visa
Valid for 90 Days | Multi Entry | Non-Immigrant Business Visa
This visa is specially designed for people who want to do business legally in Thailand. Holders of this visa can receive a work permit and open a bank account. Renewal is required every 90 days. Contact us for an Application!
Marriage Visa
Valid for 1-Year | Multi Entry | Not Required to Renew at Border
This visa is specially designed for people who want to do business legally in Thailand. Holders of this visa can receive a work permit and open a bank account. Renewal is required every 90 days. Contact us for an Application!
Permanent Resident Visa
Valid Indefinitely
To qualify for this Permanent Resident Visa, you must have stayed in Thailand for 3 consecutive years OR have been married to a Thai National for 5 years. Income requirements apply.
